Reserve Bank of India has announced 525 vacancies for the post of Assistant in various offices across the country. Candidates can apply for the post by online and offline. If they want to apply by online, then they can contact him by go through on www.rbi.org.in and if they want offline, then they can submit the application form by post. For seating on examination, candidates are required for passing the eligibility criteria of examination. Let have a look on eligibility criteria of examination:
(1) Age Limit:
For examination, the minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum age limit is 28 years as on 01 may, 2013. Candidates should not be born earlier than 1985 and not later than 1995.
Candidates should have a degree of any bachelor degree course with the minimum 50% marks. On the other hand, they should have word processing knowledge on computer and candidates, who apply for a particular state, are required to understand, read and speak of language of that particular state.
(3) Scheme of Selection:
In this examination, the candidates have to perform in two kind of exams, such as written and Interview. Interview will be held after clearing written test and a written test has come for 200 marks. These marks are categorized into five objectives.

After examination, only such number of candidates will be called for interview, which are getting success in their examination.
Final selection will be based on candidate performance on their both tests and, after that, the result will announced by online or publish in prevalent newspaper.

Candidates can apply online from 30th May to 20th June and no other mode will be accepted for payment.
Pre-requisite conditions for online application:
(i) Candidates should have concern with themselves about all terms of application form , after filling and they shall scan their photograph and signature, which ensures that the examination form has filled by candidates and only he will be able for seating on test.
(ii) For online payment, candidates should keep all necessary details and ready all thier documents, if required.
(iii) In case of online payment, after receiving fee payment challan, remit the specified payment of application.
(iv) Candidates should have their personal E-mail ID, on which they will receive relevant intimation for downloading call letters through e-mail or SMS. If candidate has no personal e-mail ID, then he has to create before submitting their application and then kept active till the date of result.
Procedure for application online:
Two steps are included in this procdure, such are as follows:
1. First of all candidates should have to visit on RBI official website, which is www.rbi.org.in adn then open the home page of site. Thereafter, click on Recruitment for assistant posts.
2. After click on option, candidates can see the application form, which they have to fill efficiently. After that upload their signatures and Photograph according to guidelines, which are mentioned in application form.
When the candidates submits the form, they have to pay Rs. 400 (for both general and OBC/SC/ST) and this fees cannot be refundable after payment.
